This Service is Not for Worker-Related Eye Accidents
This service is specifically for minor eye emergencies, including issues like red eyes, abrasions, foreign bodies, flashes of light, floaters, or eye infections. There is limited availability.
Limited availability. Self-referrals accepted for regular emergencies, not work-related. Please call before coming. Walk-ins are not accepted for emergency care. This service is strictly screened. Fort Myers Location.
Workers Comp Visit
Attention Workers' Comp Case Nurse Manager. Our Ophthalmologist will work with you and your patients who require ophthalmology services. We offer to see your patient as soon as we can.

Patient must be referred by the Case Manager Nurse/adjuster from the Worker's Comp Insurance. The worker-comp insurance must be notified.

Prepayment is required.* An Independent Ophthalmologist experienced in disability and worker comp. will see the patient. DWC forms are filled out on every visit.
