Renewal Coming Up?
If your license renewal is coming up and you want to skip the vision test*, you can always schedule an exam with our optometrist before your renewal. The optometrist will give you a filled form that you can take to the DMV.
Please be aware that the physician will perform a comprehensive eye exam and complete the form based on the results. If you require new lenses, the form includes a section for an eye associate to attest that you received them. Our licensed optician can help you select new glasses and sign the form as well.
