Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please note that same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $30 fee. We appreciate your cooperation!

Vision Plans

We are proud to be in-network with most vision plans, ensuring you receive the best possible care. Florida Optical Services will file your insurance claim for the eye examination and your eyewear. We highly recommend that you purchase your eyeglasses and contact lenses from the same facility where you had your eye exam. Out-of-network care voids most plans' warranties and will increase your cost.
